I've been here 2 years. Trish is an outstanding Landlord/Owner one of the best we ever had. I've a spacious unit that I am able to run my Security business from home. We're 7-10 minutes walking distance from the beach. What's not to love about this location? I would recommend any good tenants to this location.

Trish is really helpful. The process was super smooth to get in. Also maintenance comes same day if needed. Definitely would recommend!

I've lived at the Tremont Street Apartments for almost a year now. I have nothing but positive things to say about this building and the owners/management. Apartments are solidly built, with custom cabinetry and updated appliances throughout. Any time I have ever had a question or concern, the manager, Trish has responded promptly.

When looking for an apartment I toured many places, and these apartments are by far the best I've seen (even apartments at higher price ranges). I would recommend these apartments to any of my friends and family. The units have been remodeled in a way that preserves and highlights the original unique architecture and art deco style. I've never come across another apartment complex where the pride of ownership is so visible in every level of staffing, from maintenance to management.

If you're thinking of seeing these apartments yourself, do it! I was in love at first sight. Attached are pictures of the apartment unit and outside patio/garden sitting area.

I've lived here for 4 almost 5 months and I am in love! Beautiful apartments in a building that is so well taken care of. I love the location of the building and the gated/coded entries are a huge plus.

You can tell the management (Trish is amazing) and owners really care about their tenants (the day I moved in the gentlemen doing maintenance even welcomed me!). Also have not had any issues with pests, appliances, noise or fellow tenants, but Trish makes sure that if there were any issues they would be taken care of immediately.

The laundry facilities are always in perfect working conditions, and there's an adorable outside garden/sitting area that I'm in love with. I know this has turned into a novel, but I cannot over state the quality of this building. An amazing hidden gem ran by the nicest people!
